Jesus Loves Me

“Jesus Loves Me” is such a popular song in the Christian community. I remember as a teenager feeling a kind of disdain for it because I had heard it so many times and was just so tired of it. But now, as a mother, my love for the song. As I look at my little daughter (now 16 months old) I realize that of all the things she has to learn and discover in life, nothing surpasses the importance of knowing that one simple truth that Jesus loves her!
I found this great video on YouTube for my daughter. It is an animated video of forest animals singing the song “Jesus Loves Me”. It is the cutest video ever and my daughter just adores it. Since downloading the video last week I bet my daughter as watched if over 50 times now. And even at 16 months of age she is starting to catch on to the melody and tries to sing along.
