Praying for Your Husband:
Heavenly Father, I know that you are a loving Father who loves to give good gifts to your children. I have confidence in this, that you have placed dreams and desires in ___(name)___'s heart, not to tempt him or taunt him in anyway, but to fulfill him. I believe that you placed those desires in his heart because you have every intention of fulfilling them. So I pray, that as his loving Father, you would grant ___(name)___ the desires of his heart.
Release him from the fear of embracing those desires. The fear he has that these gifts are only being given to be snatched away later on. Lord, it is true that pain does come sometimes in life, but we know that you do not delight in afflicting us but only do it for a higher purpose, in order to conform us into your image.
Lord, I pray that ___(name)___ would not doubt your goodness in any way. Release him from any doubt he has and show him that you love to bless him in ways far greater than he could ever imagine or comprehend.
Father, I pray that you would make me the greatest of all these gifts you give to ___(name)___. Make me beautiful in his eyes. Make me mysteriously fascinating to him. Make me a precious treasure with value that only increases over time. Mold and make me to be exactly what he needs and desires in a wife. Use me to be a channel of your grace and a beautiful expression of your love to him. Overwhelm him with your goodness until he is humbled in your presence and in awe of the many blessings in his life. Let me be a reminder to him of your great love!
